At Zaak Fast, we aim to provide high-quality digital learning experiences in Digital Marketing, Digital Product Selling, Graphics Designing, WordPress Mastery, and other online courses. Since our products are digital in nature, they cannot be “returned” like physical goods. However, we do offer limited refund options under specific conditions.
1. Digital Products & Courses
- Once a course is purchased and access is granted, it is considered delivered and non-refundable.
- Refunds are not provided if:
- You change your mind after purchase.
- You claim not to have used or accessed the course.
- You purchased by mistake.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may only be issued if:
- You face a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the course and we are unable to resolve it within 7 working days.
- You were charged twice by mistake for the same course.
- You purchased a course that was incorrectly listed or unavailable.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of purchase.
- Provide your order ID, payment receipt, and issue details.

Our support team will review your request and notify you of the refund status within 7–10 working days.
4. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment (UPI, card, wallet, bank transfer, etc.) within 7–14 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed courses or downloaded resources.
- Subscription fees after the billing cycle has started.
- Any promotional or discounted courses.
